[GPU] MMCPool.com's MMC GPU Miner
« on: April 08, 2014, 05:55:42 PM »
MMCPool's GPU Miner
(as featured on MMCPool)

MMCPool's GPU Miner features a GPU miner that only connects to MMCPool (one server).
MMCPool and 1GH both provide GPU miners but work very differently. Find one suitable for your video card.

MMCPool.com GPU miner

Requirements:

AMD GPU having 2GB RAM or more. It runs on NVIDIA GPUs too if we can allocate

single 1GB buffer in memory - it depends on driver and OS.

Quick start:

Replace the example MMC wallet address with in the miner.bat file with yours.

Run miner.bat. Run minerd_help.bat to get usage help.

FAQ:

1. What performance counter measures raw GPU performance?

The counter 'last'  displays raw GPU performance in the last calculation cycle.

Wait few cycles and you get actual measure of your GPU performance.

2. What performance should I expect?

Radeons: 7870/270X - 10+ R/m, 6950 - 13+ R/m, 280X - 20+ R/m

(stock frequencies, overclocked cards deliver 10-15% more).

3. I get just few R/m. What's wrong?

GPU memory could be unsuable for the miner if you ran other miners

or GPU application before. It leads to poor performance. Just reboot the computer

and run the miner again.

4. I experience driver reloads. What to do?

It shouldn't happens with fast cards like above but run the provided fix-tdr.reg file.

It lets the GPU run the calculation cycle much longer. If the problem persists it

usually means overclocking problems. Lower core/memory frequencies.

5. I experience application freezes/reboots. What to do?

It usually means overclocking problems. Lower core/memory frequencies.

Monitor GPU temperatures. Try running in a single GPU mode. Start multiple

miners each with its own GPU (ex. minerd.exe MJa6U3mTbv4ph9k8oEnPe4n46i5XAHwR1Z 0,

minerd.exe MJa6U3mTbv4ph9k8oEnPe4n46i5XAHwR1Z 1, etc).
