And Delinquency is right! No alcohol for me for the last 4 or 5 days up to the race, and right now I'm in full carbo-loading mode. Lots of oatmeal, bagels, rice, granola bars, potatoes... all the good stuff :)

I'm as ready as I'll ever be! I'm feeling very well rested, healthy, and strong.

I'd do a fast sprint for about 20 minutes+ between 24 to 48 hours before the marathon to shock your metabolism into holding more carbs.
I weight train myself, resting for 3 days causes your metabolism to store less ATP in the muscle to adjust for homeostasis. The next day I'd be pooped even with a carb load

Good luck!
BTW try waxy maize or maltodextrin and shock your body before the marathon.
