I see in dwarfpool that dificulty is getting down. Is this good or bad?

When difficulty goes down, the probability you going to get the payout increase.
You can play around with mining calculator http://agran.net/memorycoin2_calc.html to see the effect of difficulty and Hash per minute to get the payout number.

Miners usually join in once supply is high and hold onto them. Once they see their profit margins being squeezed or the amount of coins they're generating decreases, block rewards reducing over time, they stop mining for the coin.
