What do you think about resetting the block-chain in-terms of switching over to a new source-code: thus fixing this coin by using the crypto-currency source code of http://cryptonote-coin.org/

It has way more updated features, along with an in-client mining feature, already embedded in the wallet (open-source) and adjustable P2Pool mining pools as well.

It's important to note that the algorithm is extremely similar to Memorycoin except for the fact that it has a lower RAM footprint and relies on your processor's L3 cache or "faster memory" instead of the AES-NI Module in the CPU.

I will have to do some tedious adjustments to keep the 2% phase and supply method, similar to Memorycoin since it has a 6 minute transaction block time with a 2% inflation rate - the higher block times IMO is better for a light footprint to allow incredibly faster adoption rates in a less-bloated network.

Old coins will be imported back for MMC on the existing network eventually, since a lot of MMC is still laying around and could provide a market price for MMC at a "market rate" on the new network.

That's ok for me. With the condition to import old balances of various addresses :)

Do you have any progress on this?
